Appointment Cancellation Policy


Please arrive at least ten (10) minutes before your scheduled appointment time in order to ensure a full massage session. We request that you give us 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. If this is possible due to emergency, please contact our office at Tel. No.  832-538-2185 as soon as you know that you cannot make your appointment. A missed appointment without 24 hours notice will result in your being charged for your appointment fee. Same day cancellation or no show will be charged full amount of the scheduled service price regardless of any reasons. If you book within 24 hours of the actual appointment, there is no cancellation and you will be charged the full amount of the appointment.


Late Arrival Policy

As a courtesy to our other guest and staff, your appointment will be automatically cancelled 15 minutes after scheduled start time and charged according to cancellation policy.


Expiration of Massage Package

All massage packages will expire after 180 days from the date of purchase. However, the amount paid will not expire, only the promotional value of the package expire. The amount paid can still be used to any services equal to the amount paid.


Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on payments or deposits made to reserve any type of massage services.


Payment Policy

All services will require a credit card to guarantee an appointment. In addition on services of 60 minutes or more, a minimum gratuity of 20% will be added based on the average market fair value for massage service.


Gratuity

If you are happy and satisfied with the massage, you may show your appreciation by leaving a gratuity for your therapist.

Suggested Gratuities:

60 minutes Massage - $10.00-$15.00

90 minutes Massage - $20.00-$25.00

120 minutes Massage - $30.00-$40.00
